Publishing

One draft in.The right post for each platform out.

Pasting the same text everywhere gets cut-off captions, dead links and badly cropped photos. Write the post once and each destination gets a version that follows its own rules.

Where do you want to publish?

Included on every plan.

New post

Almond croissants are back, baked at 6am. Saturday only, while they last. Pre-order at casamarina.example/croissant

Schedule

What changes for each platform

These are rules the product applies for you, taken from each platform's own documentation.

Fits every feed

Length, formatting and hashtags

Length and formatting
Text is cut or restructured to fit: 280 characters on X (with a link counted as 23), 500 on Threads, 2,200 on Instagram. Shortened versions are flagged so you can look.
Hashtags
Formatted for each platform and kept within its limit (Instagram allows 30).
Versions

You write this once

New evening classes at Harbour Yoga from 3 March: Tuesday and Thursday, 7pm. Book at harbouryoga.example/evenings

Schedule
No dead links

Links that work where they land

Links
Instagram captions cannot hold clickable links, so the link goes out by direct message to anyone who comments a keyword. Elsewhere links are kept, tracked, or moved to the first comment.
Unique text per site
Blog-style destinations get differently worded copies, with a similarity check, so you are not publishing the same page ten times.

Right crop, right size

Photos, video and alt text that fit

Photos and video
Images are cropped to each platform’s ratio and size limits. Video is checked against length and size rules before sending, not after it fails.
Alt text
Written by you, or drafted by the AI if you ask, within each platform’s character limit.
Your call

Nothing goes out until you say so

Schedule, or spread out
Send now, pick a time, or space the versions over several days so everything does not land at once.
Repeat what works
Re-promote an evergreen post on a cycle, or duplicate a past post and start from it.

Control over when and who

Publishing is the part you most want to get right, so the controls are plain.

A calendar shows what is coming. A posting rhythm turns your week into slots, so open ones stand out.

Your team, your brands, your rules

Team roles

Owners, admins, editors and viewers. Viewers cannot change anything. Editors cannot connect accounts or change billing.

Several brands

Keep each brand’s accounts, posts and settings apart, and switch between them in one click.

Approval before it goes live

Require an owner’s approval for an editor’s posts, so nothing surprising goes out.

Common questions

Can I change a version before it goes out?

Yes. Every platform's version is its own editable copy. Edit the master and regenerate the versions that have not gone out yet, or edit one version by hand.

What if a platform rejects the post?

You see the platform's reason and can fix and retry. A post is never sent twice on its own, and a failed one does not use up your monthly post allowance.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. Drafting, rewriting and alt text are optional, and each use is counted against your plan's AI allowance. Writing by hand costs nothing.

What about platforms with no posting API?

Medium and LinkedIn company pages are 'assisted': at the scheduled time we prepare the formatted copy and open the editor, you paste it, then paste the live address back so it is tracked.
