Acceptable use policy
What you may and may not do with AnyPoster. It is part of the terms of service.
Last updated 9 October 2026
The principle
Use AnyPoster to communicate honestly with people who want to hear from you, on accounts that are yours. Everything below follows from that. You are responsible for your workspace, your team and your API keys.
You may not
Messages and posts
- Send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not contacted you or opted in, or send outside the windows the platforms allow.
- Post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that incites violence.
- Mislead people: impersonate a person or organisation, run fake reviews, fake engagement, purchased followers or coordinated inauthentic activity, or hide that a message is automated where you must disclose it.
- Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or that you do not have the right to publish.
- Promote illegal goods or services, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive financial offers.
- Publish the same or near-identical pages in volume to manipulate search results or to evade a platform's spam rules.
Platforms and data
- Break the terms or policies of the platforms you connect, or use the service to get around their limits, review processes or bans.
- Collect or extract information or user data from accounts that do not belong to you, or use data received through the service for purposes the people concerned did not expect, including surveillance, profiling or selling it.
- Use messages or data to make decisions about people's credit, employment, insurance, housing or similar significant matters.
- Send sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government ID numbers) through automated messaging without a clear lawful need and adequate protection.
The service
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with security features or plan limits, share or sell access, or resell the service unless we agree.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any tracking or information-collection mechanism, such as web bugs, other than what a normal published post contains.
- Interfere with, overload or create an undue burden on the service or its networks, or run security tests or vulnerability scans on it without our written permission (see security for good-faith reports).
- Use the service, its output or its API to build a competing product, or to train a model that competes with it.
- Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other users.
- Use the AI features to produce any of the above, or to try to extract the underlying prompts or models.
- Use the service in a way that breaks any law that applies to you or to us.
What happens if you do
We may remove content, pause automations, suspend or end a workspace, and where the law requires we may report to authorities. We will tell you what happened and why unless the law or safety stops us. For serious or repeated violations, we may end the account without notice.
How to report abuse
Email info@builtwithskills.com with the account, the content or behaviour, and how you found it, with addresses or screenshots. We will not disclose your identity to the reported account. For copyright and other illegal-content reports, see copyright and content reports.
