Questions
How am I billed?
Monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Yearly is ten months’ price for twelve. Your plan renews until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
What counts as a post?
One post published to one connected account. Writing a release once and sending it to five platforms uses five posts. Drafts and scheduled posts only count when they go out.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see how much is used in Settings → Usage, and the action that would go over is refused with a clear message. Nothing is billed extra and nothing is deleted. Limits for posts, AI and the inbox start again with your next billing period.
Why are X posts counted separately?
X charges us for every post, and more for a post with a link, so they are metered on their own. All the other platforms cost us nothing per post.
What is the AI writing allowance?
A budget for drafting, rewriting, alt text and suggested replies. A credit is a tenth of a cent of model cost, so a typical draft uses well under 10 credits. AI replies to messages in your inbox are counted separately.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. If you downgrade below what you already use, nothing is removed, but you can't add more until you're back within the limits.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT where it applies, and the invoice shows it.
