Inbox and DM automation

Answer every message, even when you are not looking.

Instagram and Facebook comments and direct messages arrive in one inbox. Set rules for the questions you answer every day, and take over by hand whenever you want.

What should happen automatically?

Included on every plan. Instagram and Facebook are waiting for Meta to approve our app, so connecting them opens to new workspaces soon.

Rules you can switch on

Each one is a short setup, and you can test it with a simulation before it touches a real conversation.

  • Comment to DM

Someone comments a keyword on a post. They get a public reply, and a private message with your link or answer. Attach the keyword to a post when you publish it.

AI replies, with limits you set

This is the part most likely to go wrong, so it is the most restricted.

Grounded

From your notes only

The AI answers from the knowledge base you write, and is told never to invent prices, dates or policies. When the answer is not there, it says a teammate will follow up and hands over to you.
Your pace

Suggest, or send

Start in suggest mode, where nothing is sent until you press send. Switch to automatic when you trust it.
Transparent

Disclosed and capped

Replies can say they are automated. Each plan has a monthly allowance of AI replies, and when it is used up new messages wait for a person.
Boundaries

Never a decision about someone

AI is not used for anything with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.

What the rules mean for you

Honest answers about Meta's limits, because they shape what is possible.

The 24-hour window

You can message someone within 24 hours of their last message to you. Outside that window, nothing automated can be sent.

One private reply per comment

A comment can be answered with one private message, within 7 days of the comment.

No cold broadcasts

You cannot send bulk messages to people who have not contacted you. A broadcast only goes to people who opted in and are still inside the window.

Meta approves the app first

Instagram and Facebook need to approve our app before new workspaces can connect them. If that has not happened yet, the pricing and home pages say so.

Bots can say they are bots

Automated and AI replies can carry a disclosure, in your own wording.

A person on request

Anyone who writes “human” or “talk to a person” is handed to you, and automation stops for that conversation.

Your inbox, your control

Take over any time

Pause automation for one conversation and answer by hand. Tag contacts and leave notes for your team.

Nothing is lost

If your workspace is ever locked for non-payment, messages are still received and kept, just not answered, until it is paid.

AI on a leash

Off, suggest, or send. It answers only from the notes and pages you give it, within your plan's allowance.

Common questions

Will my account get banned for automating replies?

AnyPoster only uses Meta's official messaging API and enforces its rules: replies within 24 hours of the person's last message (7 days for a person replying with the Human Agent permission), one private reply per comment within 7 days, and no unsolicited broadcasts. We cannot promise how Meta enforces its own policies, but the product will not let you send what the rules forbid.

Does it tell people a bot is replying?

Automated and AI replies can carry a disclosure, and you choose the wording. Anyone who writes “human” or “talk to a person” is handed to you, and automation stops for that conversation.

Can the AI answer on its own?

You choose: off, suggest a reply for you to send, or send automatically. It answers only from the notes and pages you give it, and it has an allowance per plan so a flood of messages cannot run up a bill.

Where do the messages go when I'm away?

They wait in the inbox. If your workspace is ever locked for non-payment, messages are still received and kept, just not answered, until it is paid.

Set up your first auto-reply

It takes about ten minutes: connect an account, write one answer, test it in the simulator.
